November Meeting
Club meeting November 4th at EMA Headquarters located at 1511 N. Ohio in Sedalia. Meeting starts at 8:30am. Testing will be available after the meeting. Some items on the agenda will be Sparkfest final report and nominations for club officers for 2024.

Sparkfest 2023
Many thanks to our vendors and guests who made Sparkfest 2023 a great event. We heard from many who said they had a great time and would be back next year. Most importantly many thanks to our members who gave their all. From setup on Thursday night, loading in vendors on Friday, and of course Saturday as well until we cleaned up and locked the doors at the church. We are truly blessed to have such a outstanding membership who without their hard work and dedication Sparkfest would only be a dream. See everyone at Sparkfest 2024.
Sparkfest 2023
It’s Sparkfest week. Saturday October 14th at Our Savior Lutheran Church located at 3700 West Broadway in Sedalia. Doors open at 8am. Breakfast will be served. Door prizes given out every 30 minutes. VE testing at 10am. Talk in available on the SPARK repeater 147.030 (-) pl 179.9. See you in Sedalia on the 14th.

September POTA
Saturday September 23rd the place to be at is the Rock Island Trail in Windsor. Spark is going to activate the Trail beginning at 8am. Last report is that we should have 5 working stations. Plenty of opportunities to work HF and fellowship with club members. I also heard that Lori (KF0IHX) is going to be hard at work making goodies to eat. Hopefully the weather and bands will cooperate and we will have a great time. We will be meeting at the Caboose by the shelter house. Just north of the 4way stop next to Casey’s. We should wrap up by noon. Hope to see everyone there.
