For all who were not at the last meeting. “Doc” W3MEB is ordering new club shirts. Get with him if you would like to order one. Please ask him about the pockets!
Ok, If you missed the meeting yesterday we won’t blame you, but you now owe Doughnuts the next meeting. We know who you are! Just joking about that to getting your attention!
It was decided to try to open up a Simplex net on 147.030 with CTCSS 179.9, this will be every Wednesday evening at 8:00 PM. The purpose is to establish a common freq. if the repeater is down and to see how efficient this is to work. Hope to hear you on the air! Please contact Paul Withers (KDØETL) email@example.com
Get your club decal while there in stock. For $5.00 you too can proudly promote your support of the S.P.A.R.K. ! At 4inchs in diameter that is $1.25 an inch! Talk about value. Keep in mind the proceeds from these are donated back to the club for some new potential projects to grow the club. Please contact Nick Camirand (KEØNIL) firstname.lastname@example.org OR Richard Camirand (KEØQYA) email@example.com
Once a month they test the sirens in Sedalia on the 1st Wednesday of each month at noon. At that time I am going to run an exercise net for all hams in the area to check in to practice our emergency preparedness. In the event of an actual weather warning depending on conditions I will also try to run a net for the duration of the warning.
73’s and hope to hear your check-in,
Richard Camirand – KEØQYA
