November meeting will be held on the 7th at the Missouri State Fairgrounds beginning at 8:30 am. We will meet in the grassy area off of gate 3 (16th Street) so everyone will need to bring their own chair. There will be no testing. Following the meeting everyone is encouraged to bring their field ham radios and antennas so we can run our Special Event Station following the meeting. Look forward to seeing everyone there.
At our October meeting President Bret (WØVK) presented Steve DeMoss a plaque for SPARK awarding him a lifetime membership. Steve’s generous donation to our club has given us a worldwide footprint on the web. Along with his donation, his mentorship to so many hams in the area over the years has been greatly appreciated by so many. Congratulations Steve, an award well deserved.
Our October 3rd meeting will be held at Pettis County EMA Headquarters located at 1511 N. Ohio in Sedalia. Meeting will begin at 8:30 am. Masks are optional.
Our October 3rd club meeting will be held at the shelter house at Our Savior Lutheran Church at 3700 West Broadway beginning at 8:30 am. Look forward to seeing everyone there.
